A study showed people who went to sleep between 10 p.m. and 10:59 p.m. had a lower risk of cardiovascular disease than people whose bedtimes were before 10 p.m. or after 11 p.m

Most people report dreaming in color, however some people claim to only dream in black and white.

With increasing pressures of day to day stressful life we realised falling asleep, staying asleep and deep sleep are all becoming hard to achieve. After having our own children and following bedtime routines and rituals we recognised the importance of sleep rituals. Difficulties around sleep has also become a common discussion point amongst our family and friends. We read research and content backing up the powerful role of sleep rituals in preparing our body and mind for a restful sleep. Hence the idea of creating Sleep Rituals was born.
