Sustainable weight loss mini series- Ep 2: Exercise!!

I find many people either over-estimate or under-estimate the importance of exercise when it comes to weight loss.

At the end of the day- it is one piece of the puzzle when it comes to a healthy and balanced lifestyle.

Yes it is important - but so are the other elements of sustainable weight loss such as:
-rate of weight loss (ep 1)
-protein intake
-mindset
-micronutrients
-fibre
-long term maintenance
-support from a professional

This is a great way to stay mindful of your days and reflect on your year as a whole- highly recommend ☺️
