We’re pleased to share that our Registered Nurse, Elena, has recently completed additional training in diabetes education. She is now available to offer extra support to patients living with diabetes.

Elena can help with:

• Understanding diabetes and managing it day to day
• Guidance for newly diagnosed patients
• Reviewing and improving diabetes control
• Lifestyle and monitoring advice

We also have free diabetes resources available, including:

• Sample Continuous Glucose Monitors (CGMs)
• Free glucometers (while stocks last)

Whether you’ve just been diagnosed, need help adjusting your routine, or simply want some extra support, Elena is here to help.
