So, picture this: Yesterday, 150kg bench press decided to have a little chat with my sternum. It was less of a lift, more of a philosophical debate about gravity. Long story short, gravity won.
Fast forward 24 hours, and apparently, my bench press had an epiphany. Or maybe I just whispered sweet nothings to the barbell. Either way, today, 160kg went up. What did I do differently, you ask? My highly scientific, patented technique: "Don't let the weight hold you down." Revolutionary, I know. I'm accepting my Nobel Prize in physics next week.
