Moved to tears visiting the Atomic Bomb Museum in Nagasaki , Japan. Particularly with everything happening in the world, these words are haunting.
The practice of yoga, particularly meditation supports the nervous system to process the complex emotions we experience. Yoga teaches us that everything we need is within us. If we want peace it must first start within.
Conflict is born from:
Hate.
Fear.
Otherness.
Yoga reminds us that we are one. Everyone and everything is interconnected.
Start with a slow mindful, calming breath. Let it fill you till it overflows beyond to touch another and see the ripple effect of your meditation.
