Our teacher loves to move! From hiking and beach swims to triathlons, she's a woman on the go! With a background as a qualified accountant and a Master’s in Management, she brings focus, balance and heart to everything she does. A mum of three, dog lover, and long-time Brisbane local (originally from a small NSW coastal town), she’s been a personal trainer for 20 years and a yoga teacher for 4.
Her favourite asanas? Cactus arms and Wild Thing. She truly loves what she does and sharing it with others.

Favourite Yoga Pose: Sarvangasana (Shoulderstand) — all hail the Queen of Asanas.
Yoga Styles I Love: Iyengar, Restorative, and Seasonal practice.
My Teaching Philosophy: Aligned, seasonal, and spacious.
My Favourite Moment in Class: The Om at the end — the collective exhale.
My Practice Is: Welcoming and grounding.
Daily Rituals: Morning pages, sunlight, and a cuppa.
I Enjoy: Yoga inversions, epsom-salt baths, barefoot walks, and ceremonial cacao.
My Superpower: Holding space.
Favourite Colour: Green (for now).
Favourite Way to Reset: Swimming — preferably in the ocean.
Reading Right Now: The Awakened Brain by Dr Lisa Miller.
Wanderlust: I've lived in Hong Kong, Finland, France, the UK, the Netherlands, and Montenegro, and travelled to 40+ countries.

As the year wraps up, we’re inviting you to slow down for a moment and take a breath with us.

We wanted to share a little Reflection Bingo as a gentle way to notice the things that often slip past unnoticed, the quiet wins. Things like starting something new, learning how to breathe a little deeper, showing up for someone you love, or simply getting through a tough day. These things count. They always have.

As the year ends, you might like to reflect on a few simple questions:
🌿 What are you most grateful for?
🌿 What feels ready to be let go of?
🌿 What would you like to welcome in?

Thank you for being part of Unplugged this year, for showing up just as you are. We’re really grateful for this community, and we’re looking forward to flowing into 2026 together.
