Elemental Yoga & Sound
Join us this Mother's Day for a special two-hour journey through the five elements: earth, water, fire, air and space.
This offering is guided by Michelle Freeman, an experienced yoga teacher and space holder known for her calm, intuitive presence and deeply nurturing approach. Michelle weaves together mindful movement, breath and sound to create practices that are both grounding and restorative, supporting you to reconnect with your body and nervous system.
Through slow, mindful movement, breath and quiet reflection, youâll explore the qualities of each element and how they can support balance in your body and nervous system.
This practice is soft and nourishing. Expect grounding shapes, fluid movement, spacious breathing and time to simply rest. Weâll close with a deeply restorative sound healing, inviting you to lie down, receive and fully settle.
Held on Motherâs Day, this session is an invitation to slow down and be cared for. Come on your own for some quiet restoration, or share the experience with someone you love.
No experience needed. Just come as you are.
