Our Mini + Me Yoga and Craft Workshop with Miss Kelly is a 90-minute experience designed to encourage connection, creativity and calm. One adult and one child will move, breathe and create side by side in a relaxed, supportive environment.

The session includes:
• Story-based yoga for children
• Gentle breathwork and guided meditation
• A creative craft activity with a take-home piece

Suitable for children aged 5 and above.
Independent children aged 7+ may attend with or without a parent.

Cost: A$99 per ticket (1 adult and 1 child).

🌿Teacher Spotlight: Jennifer🌿

We’re so happy to introduce our beautiful yoga teacher and sound bath facilitator, who has been teaching since 2020 and holding space with such care and presence.

With German and Cuban roots, she moved to Australia eight years ago and brings a rich blend of culture, warmth and lived experience into every class she offers. Her teaching focuses on Vinyasa and Somatic Yin, creating a balance between fluid movement and deep nervous system support. There is a steadiness in the way she guides, allowing you to feel both challenged and completely held.

Beyond the mat, she loves weightlifting and mobility drills, embodying her belief that strength and softness can coexist. Her favourite poses are Child’s Pose for its grounding, restorative quality, and Flamingo for its playful balance and quiet focus.

She is also deeply creative. She makes her own incense, mists and balms, sometimes bringing them to class as a thoughtful treat for her students. When she is not teaching or training, you will often find her immersed in pottery or painting.

Her classes are intentional, sensory and spacious, inviting you to slow down, tune in and move with greater awareness. Come restore your nervous system at one of Jennifer's Sunday afternoon Yin Rest classes.

You may have noticed an unfamiliar name on the timetable this weekend… meet Robyn Short!

Robyn is an all-rounder with a deep love for yoga practice in it’s full spectrum - from a sweaty vinyasa or Ashtanga, all the way to the more restorative practices that leave you floating on air afterwards. Did we mention that she also teaches Pilates? šŸ‘€

🌿Teacher Spotlight - Laura 🌿

Laura began her yoga journey in 2017 and completed her first teacher training in 2020. Since then, the practice has continued to shape and steady her, teaching her how to be still, observe without judgement, turn her gaze inward, and question her reactions with curiosity rather than criticism.

Yoga, for Laura, is about balance - on and off the mat. While she’s currently exploring Rocket Yoga and Ashtanga, she’ll always be a Vinyasa teacher at heart, weaving flow, strength and presence together in her classes.

Her favourite asana is Trikonasana, a pose she loves for the way it can take you to so many places, physically and internally.

Off the mat, Laura is studying psychology, with a vision of marrying Eastern wisdom with Western knowledge. And if you ever need a baking companion, she’s your person! She has the sweetest tooth (in fact, she insists all her teeth are sweet) and spends plenty of time in the kitchen making and enjoying cakes, cookies and muffins.

She began her yoga journey in 2017 and completed her first teacher training in 2020. Since then, yoga has deeply grounded and shaped her, teaching her to be still, to observe herself with compassion, to turn her gaze inward, and to question her reactions both on and off the mat.
