For Catelyn, like a lot of our crew, a weekly session is the ritual that ensures she's keeping up with her training and the physical demands of her sport.
It's not a treat for special occasions. It's a pause in the week that gives back.
Four ways to build your ritual this week:
Sanctuary Session - 90 min of full bathhouse access. Sauna, hot and cold pools, ice baths. The primary Vikasati experience, and the one most of our members build their week around.
Sunrise Sessions - for sessions starting between 6-8am, every day, just $39. A morning session sets up the whole day. Heat, cold, and a clear head before anything else is asked of you.
Silent Sessions - Monday evenings from 5pm-close, Tuesdays and Thursdays 10am-12pm. The bathhouse goes silent during these hours. No talking, slower music, just space to think.
Community Events - this Sunday 6am at Vikasati Southport is our next Run & Recover event. 5km group run followed by recovery in the bathhouse. All fitness levels welcome.
