Today Dr Shari had the privilege of presenting at the Faith Lutheran College - Plainland Emerge Women in Sport event.

Her session, “Body Maintenance: Yesterday, Today and Tomorrow”, focused on the importance of looking after ourselves through every stage of life and sport. 💪✨

She also had the chance to connect with some incredible women, including Australian Olympic Weightlifter Deborah Lovely-Acason, national beach volleyball player Tara Phillips, and Lockyer Valley Regional Council Mayor Tanya Milligan.

What an inspiring day celebrating women in sport and wellbeing! 🙌
