These four legends have gone above and beyond for our participants and team, showing the care, dedication and positivity that make Lifest such a special place.

🌟 January

Belinda showed outstanding dedication and professionalism, stepping up to support a complex emergency onboarding just before Christmas. She demonstrated strong advocacy for participant wellbeing while also supporting her team.

Belinda is a trusted support worker who helps participants build routines, independence, and community connection, making a meaningful difference every day.

Maureen consistently goes above and beyond, demonstrating exceptional reliability, flexibility, and commitment. She builds strong relationships with participants and is always willing to step in and support where needed.

Through her genuine person-centred care, proactive communication, and professionalism, Maureen continues to make a positive impact across the team and the participants she supports.

Poppy consistently goes above and beyond to support participants, always showing reliability, flexibility, and genuine care. She regularly steps in during staffing gaps to ensure participants continue receiving the support they need.

At the Morayfield SIL, Poppy leads by example with professionalism, integrity, and strong compliance. She is highly respected by her peers and receives wonderful feedback from participants and stakeholders for her advocacy and commitment to person-centred support.

Ozzy is a reliable and trusted support worker who participants consistently speak highly of. No challenge is too big, and he always approaches shift changes and new supports with a positive attitude.

Ozzy takes great pride in the quality of care he provides and is always willing to step in wherever he is needed. His dedication makes a real difference to the participants he supports every day.

Today we celebrate International Women’s Day❤️

A day to pause and recognise the quiet strength, compassion, and resilience of women everywhere. The women who support others, who lead with heart, who create safe spaces, and who make our communities feel a little more connected and cared for.

At Lifest, this day is especially close to our hearts.

Lifest was founded by Maria, a Woman who believed deeply in people, in kindness, and in creating opportunities for others to live full and meaningful lives. What began with her vision and passion has grown into a community built on support, inclusion, and genuine care.
Maria’s belief was simple: when people are supported, valued, and surrounded by the right community, incredible things can happen.
Today we celebrate her vision, the incredible women on our team, the women we support, and all the women in our community who show strength, kindness, and leadership in their own unique ways.

Because sometimes the biggest impact comes from people who simply care deeply about others.
