Gabby consistently goes above and beyond — often stepping in at short notice to maintain continuity of support and minimise disruption. Her reliability, positive attitude, and genuine compassion never go unnoticed 💙

💛✨A big shoutout to our November Employees of the Month, Michelle and Georgia! 💛✨

Michelle has been a valued member of the Lifest team for over three years now, and her dedication and passion continue to shine through every day. Over the recent period, Michelle has truly stepped up, actively engaging with her participants and sharing joyful moments through photos and encouragement in daily activities. From supporting community access to working with participants with complex needs, her compassionate approach reflects her professionalism, patience, and genuine care. ✨🌟

Georgia is a wonderful Admin Assistant and the creative face behind the content you see on our socials (and before you ask — yes this is about her, and no she didn’t write it 👀😂). Recently, Lifest hosted an art exhibition at the Shine House Community Centre, where Georgia played an instrumental role both in the lead-up and on the day of the event. Her contributions included coordinating donations, securing an amazing drinks van, and lending a hand with the deep cleaning and event setup. Georgia’s enthusiasm and energy were unmatched, helping to create a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere that truly celebrated the creativity and talent of our participants. 🌻💛
