✔ Diploma+ in Social Work / Community / Mental Health
✔ 2+ years NDIS Support Coordination (PRC experience a must)
✔ Strong NDIS knowledge + great communication skills
✔ Organised, tech-savvy & people-focused
✔ NDIS clearance, First Aid/CPR, licence & own car
✔ Australian Citizen or PR
