We are on the hunt for a Permanent Part-Time or Casual
Guest Experience and Operations Assistant to join our friendly, tight knit team at City Cave Cleveland & Redland Bay.
Up to 20 hours per week (including evenings and 1 day at the weekend)

Our Centre (despite being a relaxing sanctuary for our guests!) can be a fast-paced environment, so we are looking for a committed and energetic superstar who thrives off a busy schedule and is looking for a role which blends physical activity with administration in a beautiful and serene work environment.

What the role looks like:
- Opening, closing and maintaining our wellness Centre (including cleaning float and sauna rooms between guests, deep cleaning of equipment, making herbal tea, dressing rooms, preparing laundry, unpacking deliveries.
- connecting with our guests on their wellness journey, providing in-depth service briefings and attaining a thorough knowledge of our services menu.
- pool chemistry testing and treatments, equipment testing and maintenance tasks.
- management of our schedule and administration - including the completion of daily compliance checklists, inventory counts, guest enquiries via phone and email.
- Hitting sales targets and KPIs
- This is a physical role, so a good level of Fitness is required.
Our ideal applicant will have:
• high level communication skills
• outstanding attention to detail
• relative fitness level
• a positive, team-minded mentality
• ability to multi-task during our fast-paced, peak periods
• ability to work autonomously (the role involves flying solo at times while on shift, and closing the centre solo during the
evenings)
• confidence interacting with guests, with previous customer service/sales experience highly regarded
• Current First Aid/CPR or willing to get
Coming from a Hospitality or Day Spa industry is desirable.
Position is not for School aged Children.
