Welcome to a new month and a new season!👏❄️☀️

I missed the milestone yesterday here in Oz (where we live in the future for some reason)...

International Children's Day is coming up.

Which provides a fabulous opportunity for us all to pause and reflect on what it means to be a child…

This day is about acknowledging, protecting, preserving and nurturing the innocent playfulness that all children deserve to experience as part of growing up.

Unfortunately as we know, that isn’t always the reality for all children.

Many of us know from firsthand experience.

Ever heard that saying, words are like weapons? 🔫

Well, the 1000s of unconscious thoughts you have about yourself every day, without even realising, are like ninja throwing stars…🥷

Dearest Me of 2024 💌

Remember that day, about a year ago, when you were aimlessly doom scrolling social media, bombarded with posts about overcoming chronic pain and the latest miracle cures?

You were:
😓 Overwhelmed
😓 Skeptical
😓 Fatigued

Thinking maybe you should just abandon your dream of living a life unburdened by past traumas and turbulent relationships...

And then...

You rolled your eyes so hard, they nearly vanished into your crown chakra...

You know you’re capable of magic. As much as you might not want to bring your broom out of the closet for all to see, you FEEL like there’s something different about you, deep down inside.🧹

Like you’re here for something more than the mundane of this current Matrix. More than the muggle life, as it were. 🙊

You’ve felt things. Experienced things. Seen things that cannot be explained away by anything “the science” accepts as our current reality…🤔
