🏋️‍♀️THANK YOU MEADOWBROOK 😢

As you might have seen in club, I have sadly departed and begun a new venture elsewhere. Following the conclusion of my studies I have found a role as an Exercise Physiologist and will be continuing to provide exercise and improved performance at a new clinic 👀

I just want to thank the club and our manager Holly for all the support . Simon and the team team, my fellow trainers and all the amazing clients I've had along the way. It was a pleasure to help and support you all and I cannot wait to show you guys the next chapter!

✨ CLIENT SPOTLIGHT ✨

Meet Aaron. Aaron recently started his journey with Emerald Performance with a weight loss, strength and gym introduction goal. In a little over 5 weeks Aaron has come so far in his journey capped off with losing a whopping 4.4kg!

His discipline in his dieting and training have helped him immensely as he has stuck to the plan and is now reaping the benefits. Still far off where he wants to be, Aaron is continuing to push and better himself in the hope of increasing his health and longevity. Congratulations Aaron, we're proud and can't wait to see what you can do!
