This weeks floral installation

The most gorgeous Smoke Bush taking center stage in the holistic health studio this week. Had the perfect vase to honour the height of these magnificent branches 🤎

Sweet Delphiniums for front reception. Making my heart smile 💙

Loved this Stacie in different shades of purple, giving off a very vintage feeling 💜

And the magnificent Allium flower stem from last week still looking so beautiful and has now moved into the tea room.

I am just so in love……

The Ixia from last week continued to flourish and blossom and as her petals, still so beautiful, begin to soften I decided to try and press them for some Christmas gifts I am making. Not sure how they will turn out but will let you know.

I purchased another bunch for the holistic health space this week, because why not?!?! May we all surround ourselves with things that inspire delight and these beauties have me enamored.

An afternoon and evening of quiet reflection in the library. Creating time and space to write some mid year reflections swirling in my heart and mind.

Coming back to the word that would embody my intention for the year which is Tenderness.

Practicing not only existing with this feeling but rather what it means to fully embrace tenderness within myself and all that life has presents to me.

Many musings and tea to be had tonight while the winds of change swirl outside….

Tasmania, we 🫶 you so much.

A favourite place for a short break to refresh the spirit….And we sure experienced it all this time round, from the depths of natures beauty, to the most amazing food with a mix of Art culture at

2. Secret garden vibes. All of my favourite stories start with a vision of a doorway in a garden wall.

I often read children’s books to bring comfort and calm on days I’m extra tender. Brambly Hedge is one of my faves 🍓
