A Huge Thank You for a Wonderful Year

As the festive season sparkles around us, we want to take a moment to say a heartfelt thank you for being part of the HV Care family.

Your trust, support, and shared journey have made 2025 truly special—filled with connection, growth, and many meaningful moments.

Please note that our office team will be taking a short Christmas break from 19 December 2025 to 5 January 2026 to rest, recharge, and return refreshed for the year ahead.

During this time, responses to emails and enquiries may take a little longer than usual.



Our dedicated on-the-ground support workers—our true rock stars—will continue to be there for participants, ensuring the festive season is safe, joyful, and full of care.

🌻 Invisible Disabilities Week 🌻

Not all challenges are seen by the eye — some are carried quietly, every single day. 💛

This week, we honor the strength, courage, and resilience of those living with invisible disabilities — conditions that aren’t always noticeable but deeply affect daily life.

💡 Did you know?
➡ Invisible disabilities include conditions like chronic pain, diabetes, anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, autism, fibromyalgia, and many others.
➡ These challenges may not be seen, but they are real and deserve understanding and support.

May the sunflower 🌻 remind us to always choose kindness, empathy, and compassion — because everyone is fighting battles we may never see.

Let’s create a world where invisible doesn’t mean overlooked. 💪✨

Together for Mental Health Awareness

This weekend, our HV Care family joined the Mental Health Awareness 10km Walk — a beautiful reminder that community, compassion, and care can move mountains.

We were honoured to walk beside one of our incredible stroke participants. What started as a journey in a wheelchair has now turned into a story of strength, hope, and determination. With the right support, motivation, and belief — every step becomes possible.
