🌟 What an incredible week in Newcastle! 🌟

Our HV Care team travelled from Queensland to catch up with our amazing participants, dedicated support staff, and the beautiful souls at Le' Divine Collective.

Over a relaxed lunch we shared stories, strengthened connections, and reflected on the power of working together to deliver truly person-centred care — no matter the distance.

Thank you to everyone who welcomed us with such warmth. These moments of connection and collaboration are what it's all about ❤️
