Feeling stressed, exhausted, or like life is just moving too fast? Just so you know…you are not broken, your nervous system is just tired. Yoga is one of the simplest ways to reset, release tension, and feel more like yourself again.
Our Open Days are the perfect way to give it a try. They are completely FREE (wahoo), there is no pressure. We are a very down to earth studio offering real life yoga for real people with real bodies!
Come along at Wellington Point on November 29th or Wynnum on December 6th and try a mix of yoga, mat pilates, sound healing, meditation, and kirtan. There is something for everyone, whether you are new, coming back, or just curious.
In a class you will notice how your body softens, stiffness eases, and tension in your shoulders, neck, back, and hips just melts away. Your nervous system starts to calm, your breath deepens, and your mind gets a little space to pause. Even simple things like getting out of bed or moving around during the day feel easier when your body is moving well and your energy is balanced. You will sleep better, feel more grounded, and see how supportive a community can really make a difference.
All classes on the day are FREE and you can do as many as you like. Bring a friend, a partner, or come on your own. Everyone is welcome.
