Craft Health Co.

We help craft beer drinkers improve their health & fitness with our exercise program and community. Well, that’s certainly not our message.

In August 2011, Mike and Jed, two men from opposite ends of England meet in a Brisbane pub watching football and become great mates. We both share a passion for keeping in shape, frequenting different breweries wherever we go and drinking great beers (craft beer not crap beer) with friends. Jed has spent 12 years working as a Personal Trainer and has helped many individuals achieve their results without sacrificing the finer things in life, like craft beer. But we both noticed a glaring trend that many health and fitness programs are simply about ‘reduction’. Reduce your calories, reduce your beer, reduce your socialising etc. We aim to show you how long-lasting health and fitness results are achievable, and you’ll never have to stop drinking craft beer in the process. We expect a few people might disagree with our messaging, but they probably haven’t had a decent beer in their life. Welcome to our journey, and welcome to Craft Health Co.

➡️ He’s conducted over 15,000 Personal Training Sessions.
➡️ He f**king loves craft beer. His first love was Hobgoblin back in England.
➡️ He’s recently landed a position at Brisbane’s premium health facility in Brisbane CBD
➡️ He got fed up with the fitness industry norm of putting clients on restrictive diets and unsustainable training programs just to publish a cheap before/after photo (that’s why we insist on not giving up craft beer during our program)
➡️ He’s an evidence-based coach and has studied under some of the best coaches in the fitness industry (Layne Norton, Bret Contreras, Mike Israetel et al)

🍺 The take home message; we love craft beer here at Craft Health Co. But we also value our health and fitness. We just want to show you the best way fit both into your lifestyle.

Who’s joining in January?

Even though losing weight wasn’t her main goal when doing our program, she still managed to lose a few cms off her waist, hips and butt 🙌🏻

We loved having Jess on our program, and we’d definitely love to see more women in the craft beer industry get involved when we go again in the new year 💪
