We’re excited to welcome Veronica to the team at Brisbane Mind & Body Clinic!

With over 20 years of experience in the health and community sectors, Veronica brings a warm, grounded presence and a deep commitment to helping people heal and grow.

She works with adolescents, adults, and families navigating anxiety, low mood, trauma, life transitions, and relationship struggles.

Veronica draws on a range of approaches including ACT, CBT, Interpersonal Therapy, IFS and Somatic Therapy – always with a focus on safety, trust, choice, collaboration and empowerment.

You may connect with Veronica if you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or find it hard to express your needs. She’s here to walk alongside you with care and compassion.

The body is always speaking—honestly, and without filters.

Our skin can reflect the state of the liver, just as our posture reveals patterns in fascia and muscular tension. Fat distribution often follows hormonal imbalances, while jaw structure may hint at airway health and even sleep quality. Fluid retention can signal stagnation in the lymphatic system, and the coating on the tongue may offer insight into the health of our gut microbiome. Even muscle tone, often overlooked, can be a powerful marker of longevity and vitality.

When we adopt a truly integrative lens, we begin to see that appearance isn't superficial—it’s often the body’s way of communicating deeper imbalances or resilience.

Thank you for this powerful reminder that appearance matters not because of vanity, but because the body is honest.
