The happy faces said it all. 😊

We had the best long weekend—a 3-day retreat with a lot of Kirtan meditation and wisdom. We laughed so much, made friendships, enjoyed amazing vegetarian food, and played games at the beach (I can’t remember the last time I had this much fun).

Retreats are such a wonderful opportunity to get away from our busy routines, to forget about our problems (that are usually endless😅) and to cultivate our spiritual life, by immersing ourselves in yoga meditation and going inwards, reflecting about our life.

Yoga has brought so many wonderful people into my life. ✨️ My heart is full and happy after spending these days together. ❤️
I cannot wait for the next one!

With the beginning of the year, we all have New Year´s resolutions which most of the time are about building new habits, healthier ones and the goal of those habits is to feel better, at peace, happier.
But usually, as the year goes it becomes hard to keep up with those habits and most of the time we just go back to where we were.
But if we choose meditation as our #1 Resolution, you will find that it will be so much easier to build those healthy habits until they become your lifestyle. Why? Because meditation helps us to calm our mind, to slow down on the train of thoughts that it is constantly harrasing us and stopping us from doing better.
With more peace of mind it is easier to make better choices and to stay focused. A regular meditation will also purify our mind and our heart allowing us to experience that inner happiness that we are constantly looking for outside.
Meditation on japa beads is a simple but effective practice that you can apply in your everyday life. If you would like to learn how to meditate send me a message either if you are in Australia or in Mexico.

Con el comienzo del año, todos tenemos propósitos que la mayoría de las veces son acerca de construir nuevos hábitos, ser más saludables y el objetivo de esos hábitos es sentirnos mejor, en paz, ser felices.
Pero normalmente, a medida que pasa el año, se vuelve difícil mantener esos hábitos y la mayoría de las veces simplemente volvemos a donde estábamos.
Pero si elegimos la meditación como y nuestro propósito #1, será mucho más fácil desarrollar esos nuevos hábitos hasta que se conviertan en tu estilo de vida. ¿Por qué? Porque la meditación nos ayuda a calmar la mente, a frenar el tren de pensamientos que constantemente nos acosa y nos impide mejorar.
Con una mente en calma, es más fácil tomar mejores decisiones y mantenernos enfocados. Una meditación regular purifica nuestra mente y corazón, permitiéndonos experimentar esa felicidad interior que constantemente buscamos afuera.
La meditación con Japa Mala es una práctica sencilla pero eficaz que puedes aplicar en tu vida diaria. Mándame un dm si te gustaría aprender a meditar!

Wednesday night we had our last Kirtan meditation of the year with and .meditation and it was a VERY SPECIAL night, were we celebrate Christmas.

We chant, we sing Christmas carols and we had an amazing vegetarian mexican dinner and dessert.

I had the opportunity to share some words by my Spiritual Teacher and they are so far out that I just want to share them again here:

“Jesus taught, “Love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, with all your mind. This is the great and foremost commandment”. The second is like it, “You shall love your neighbours as yourself”. When we are connected with the Supreme Soul in love, we are tapped into the reservoir of love and that love flows into our heart. And then from the heart, which is full of love, it flows out to all others. This is how we can love everyone” ❤️

"A man must elevate himself by his own mind, not degrade himself. The mind is the friend of the conditioned soul, and his enemy as well. For him who has conquered the mind, the mind is the best of friends; but for one who has failed to do so, his mind will be the greatest enemy" Bhagavad Gita 6: 5-6

Trough the process of meditation we can conquered our mind and cleanse it from all the dust and contamination, all the fears, anxities, worries, anger, depression, etc. And by doing so, we get to experience that inner peace and happiness that we are all looking for.

Thank you to everyone who came last Wednesday for our monthly Candlelight Kirtan Meditation, with .meditation ✨️
It was so peaceful and relaxing, as always Kirtan is 🙌

As my Spiritual Teacher says "Chant for as long as you want. Don't worry about anything. Worry has never solved any problems or move any stones".

Kirtan clears our mind and heart, bringing us peace into our always-worried and agitated mind.

This is part of the events that offer for free to the well-being of the community🙏
