Hi 👋 Dance Movement and Art Classes for adults once a month starting Friday 30th of May 6pm. Wear comfortable clothing, bring a water bottle, yoga mat and a pillow. No prior art or dance experience required. This class is a fun and gentle expressive / creative dance style using the body to release emotions and patterns. The facilitator is a Masters level Counsellor and Arts Therapist with an interest in using dance as a Somatic release tool. This class is like using dance as meditation in a safe and fun atmosphere where self expression is liberating.
