* Treatment time available for your hands or feet

🦶 90 minute Journey
* This session is a great balance of relaxation and Reflexology effectiveness
* An extension of the one hour express session allowing for more time to dedicate to your foot health and self care routine

🦶 2 hour Pamper
* An opportunity to really engage in self care and relaxation
* Allows time to focus on any health concern reflex points (symptom relief or general illness)
* An opportunity to experience gentle management of injury, pain or discomfort

💜 Each treatment can also be combined with 30 or 60 minute Hand Reflexology &/or partnered with your Crystal Healing session.

Here are some fun facts about me:

* my whole life I've been a huge NRL & WWE fan
* the beach has always been my favourite piece of nature but lately I've been spending time in the mountains
* I've always been an audio book fan (still am) but I've recently brought a Kindle and I've fallen in love with reading again
* my favourite makeup item is eyeshadow and I love watching old school makeup tutorials on YouTube
* crystals have been a part of my life since my teenage years
* I love doing your Reflexology sessions, they really relax my mind and body too!
* my favourite part of your crystal healing session is providing you with a sacred space to be exactly what you need it to be
* I'm so curious as to everyone's past life adventures that I did my Regression study and training so I can hear everyone's stories!
