Happy New Year! 2025—can you believe it?
Last year was all about shifting through chaos to uncover what truly matters. It was about taking imperfect action, even when it was messy or uncertain to create the space to move forward.

I was reminded that wellness isn’t a destination you reach and tick off—it’s a daily practice. Some days, it’s pausing, breathing, and leaning into small acts of care. Other days, it’s taking bold steps forward, knowing that every choice contributes to growth and balance.

Finding alignment between mind, body, and emotions isn’t always easy—life gets busy, and challenges pop up. Yet, I’ve seen how powerful it is to lean into the support of the right people—the kind who believe in our dreams, hold us accountable, and remind us to celebrate every win, big or small.

As 2025 begins, let’s keep moving forward with purpose, stay connected to what truly matters, and celebrate progress—big and small. There is strength in community and the power of shared dreams.

This is one of the things that I dislike seeing in media the most. This widespread myth that harsh cleanses and detoxes are necessary for effective detoxification. When the truth is that our bodies already have a perfectly capable detoxification system that they use every single day. So as long as your liver, kidneys, and digestive system work are functioning at their best, they will work tirelessly to eliminate toxins without the need of any extreme interventions.

Why Is This Myth Problematic?
🍎Nutrient deficiencies can result from extreme detoxes that deprive your body of essential nutrients.

By integrating movement naturally into your daily life, you can improve your mood making your food and lifestyle habits that little bit easier to keep doing. And that will naturally lead to lasting health and well-being. Here are some tips to get you started:
🚶‍♂️ Make Movement a Part of Your Day: Take the stairs, walk or bike to nearby places, and stand or walk during phone calls.
💃 Choose Activities You Enjoy: Whether it's dancing, hiking, or playing a sport, find activities that you love to keep you motivated.
🎯 Set Realistic Goals: Start small and build up gradually to avoid burnout and frustration.
🏋️‍♂️ Incorporate Strength Training: Building muscle boosts metabolism and improves overall strength.
🧘‍♀️ Stay Flexible and Listen to Your Body: Adapt your activities to your current situation and allow for rest when needed.
Food is 90% of your weight loss journey so if you’re overwhelmed just focus on eating well at least 80% of the time until you feel up to moving a little bit more. We’re all different and we all have our own pace and journey to travel.
