July. Completed a scenic coastal 10km run.
I balanced quite well this month.
With a lot of runnings and teaching I still managed to give time to family and rest well.
Winter isnt my favourite season but ive now learned to embrace her. More hot chocolate and lovely sweater, allowed the cold wind hitting my face feeling myself running faster. Numb fingers and toes got relieved in the steaming hot shower afterwards.
Best thing is Spring will always come, and we are looking forward to the summer heat again xx โ˜€๏ธ

May has been full of new opportunities.
It was a dream come true to teach and offer my services in Yoga Festival; 8 years of dreaming, planning, doing, and becoming.

And Ive also taught some Reformer Classes this month, all went so well, with the help and encouragement from new friends. Really appreciate all the opportunities coming. If we are grateful every day, each day is blessed and we donโ€™t have to ask for more.

And was finally back to some climbing since last year, so much struggles and so much fun yet also so much fun. We start from zero and climb up, fall and get disappointed but get up and do it all over again. The cycle just keeps going, you will find boredom, but you can also find freedom: because you can choose whether to keep going or give in.

For some years of hard work, I am finally at a place Iโ€™d love to be and I am really proud of myself. Itโ€™s a best kind of self-care, self-love and self-healing isnt it? ๐Ÿ’—

Back to running after 8 years.
Picked up some new weight training as well.
Trying to do more hybrid training filling all the strength and cardio into my schedule.
Keeping myself really busy and also fulfilling, it is not easy to maintain teaching quality, i am trying very hard. And oh yes, I am delivering regular Pilates class soon. I am pretty excited as well ๐Ÿ’—๐Ÿ’—๐Ÿ’—๐Ÿ’—
Changing and adapting is a way to improve, remember, it is good to feel discomfort as you are walking out of your comfort zone.
Keep walking, if necessary, run ๐Ÿƒโ€โ™€๏ธ
