It's been a minute since I last posted... today I had my final client session for 2024, and WOW, WOW, WOW!!!

When this person first came to see me, they were overwhelmed with grief from the recent passing of a loved one, questioning the reason for it all, and in an unfulfilling relationship. They were lost, despondent, and struggling.

Over the last 10 months, I have witnessed them transform and evolve. They are no longer consumed by grief, have faced the traumas of their past, and ended a relationship that no longer served them. They are now living the life they want, have rediscovered their life purpose, and are genuinely happy. Their vigor for life is truly inspiring!

And the best part? This person is in their 70s. It just goes to show, it is NEVER too late to face the trauma of your past, it is NEVER too late to create and love the life you truly deserve, and it is NEVER too late to be happy.

What is Generational Trauma?

Generation trauma is the impact of traumatic experiences passed down through families or communities. It’s not just about individual pain, but the collective wounds and coping mechanisms that shape future generations.
