Our Story
We started the Company in 1999, where we originally had four boutique personal training studios with our own brand & label of supplements (Life Science Supplements) . Since then, we have sold our Personal Training Studios but have remained in the supplement game & diversified with a health food cafe.
We stock a large & extensive range of health & training supplements & our cafe has a range of healthy meals, snacks & treats for all tastes (including vegan options). We also have the best coffee & service in Brisbane (at least we think so).
