Meet your Osteopath - Shahil

He graduated with his degree in osteopathy in 2024 from Southern Cross University on the Gold Coast.

Shahil specialises in treating chronic pain conditions in the lower back, neck, shoulders, knees, and headaches.
His goal is to help people move pain free and get back to their day to day activities.

A common question he hears is:
“Will I be cured after one session?”

Shahil says,
“Depending on your condition, we will go through a treatment plan that is designed to help you return to a healthy and active lifestyle and support you in maintaining it.”

Meet your osteopath - Jay

Jay is an experienced osteopath who specialises in helping individuals who are unsure how to begin strengthening their bodies. He has a particular focus on treating pain in the neck, shoulders, and back.

He completed his studies at Southern Cross University in Lismore, NSW, graduating in 2014 with a degree in Osteopathy.

Why did Jay choose to study Osteo?
“I became an osteopath because I’ve always had a strong desire to help others, paired with a deep fascination for the human body and how it functions.”
