Celebrating Resilience: How Healing and Hope Helped Us Through a Difficult Year

Finding strength and resilience when it matters most!

A year ago, my life was simple and full of plans. I was creating my website, working with my husband's business, and teaching yoga at two studios. I envisioned spending the winter in Japan, living the life we had dreamed of. Everything felt steady—until life suddenly shifted in a way I could never have prepared for.

It happened in an instant. While standing on a train platform in Japan, I received a call that changed everything. My son, just 17 years old, was diagnosed with cancer.
