🌺ส่วนใหญ่ทำงานใน Nursing home / Aged care facility (บ้านพักผู้สูงอายุ)

🌺Community care (ดูแลผู้สูงอายุถึงบ้าน)

🧤 หน้าที่หลัก เช่น

🌼ช่วยอาบน้ำ แต่งตัว ป้อนอาหาร

🌼ดูแลสุขอนามัยของผู้สูงอายุ

🌼สังเกตอาการและรายงานให้พยาบาล

🌼ดูแลเรื่องอารมณ์และความเป็นอยู่ของผู้สูงอายุอย่างใกล้ชิด

💰 2. รายได้โดยประมาณ (ปี 2025)

Aged Care Worker / Personal Care Assistant (PCA)
👉 ประมาณ $29–$35 ต่อชั่วโมง

Assistant in Nursing (AIN)
👉 ประมาณ $30–$38 ต่อชั่วโมง

Enrolled Nurse (EN)
👉 ประมาณ $35–$45 ต่อชั่วโมง

Registered Nurse (RN)
👉 ประมาณ $42–$55 ต่อชั่วโมง

What is Supported Independent Living?

✔️SIL refers to a program designed to assist individuals with disabilities to live as independently as possible
✔️SIL provides support for people who have funding through the NDIS to help them with daily tasks and activities
