For years, I knew my voice was my superpower, but I was approaching it all wrong...

I thought it was about technique and people pleasing. About hitting the right notes. About sounding "professional" or "pretty." I wanted to sing like the pop stars on the radio… I pushed my voice in ways that damaged my vocals to belt like Adele or project like Aretha Franklin on a musical theatre stage… but this wasn’t my authentic voice. It was crushing it.

I was missing the point entirely.

Your voice isn't just an instrument—it's a frequency transmitter for your soul's truth.

When I finally understood this (thanks to my own spiritual awakening and deep study in sound healing), everything changed. Not just for me, but for every woman I've shared this work with.
