Appointments are available across Monday, Wednesday and Thursday this week, including some rare extended afternoon and evening times.

Whether you are needing targeted remedial work, muscle tension relief or simply time to relax and unwind, each treatment is customised to your body and how you are feeling on the day.

Wednesday – 10:00am, 11:00am, 3:30pm – 6:00pm
Thursday – 12:30pm – 2:00pm

Give the Gift of Massage this Christmas 🎄

Our beautifully presented Christmas Gift Vouchers are now available for purchase.
A thoughtful, meaningful present for family, friends, teachers, colleagues, or anyone who deserves dedicated time to rest, recover, and prioritise their wellbeing.

Vouchers can be purchased for set durations (60 minutes, 90 minutes, or 2 hours) or for custom amounts towards a treatment.

Redeemable for Remedial Massage or Relaxation Massage at Massage Retreat Therapy.
Pregnancy Massage will also be launching in early 2026, and vouchers purchased this Christmas may be used for that service once launched.

Vouchers can be collected in person, emailed digitally, or delivered locally in the mailbox where practical.

We are open again!
Thankyou to all my wonderful clients for being so patient whilst I’ve been off over the past months due to injury. I have slowly been opening back up and this week my online bookings are officially re-opened! Looking forward to seeing everyone again!

To all my wonderful clients. Apologies for not having any availability lately. I have had an injury tearing a tendon in my hand which has unfortunately taken me out of being able to massage whilst it heals. Once I’m recovered I’ll be able to let everyone know and re-open.
Thanks everyone for your understanding and patience through this time and I’m looking forward to seeing you all again when I’m able.

Stay Safe Everyone. Apologies to everyone I’ve had to cancel bookings with this week- with school and daycare closures and in the interest of keeping everyone safe and being with my children we had no choice but to close for a couple of days.
I have opened up extra days and hours over the coming weeks including a couple of weekend days and extra evenings to accomodate! I look forward to seeing you soon and if anyone needs anything over these coming days please know we are here and happy to help in any way we can.
