This Alchemy Workshop is a fully experiential, embodied journey into sound, energy, and self-connection—focused on direct experience rather than theory. Guided by Christopher, who brings over 20 years of experience facilitating group workshops and one-on-one sessions, the work invites real-time shifts through presence, sound, and embodied awareness.
Chris works intuitively with a range of tools, including sound, breath, movement, and energetic alchemy practices. One of his most powerful instruments is his voice, used to shift states, clear blocks, and realign energy quickly and naturally. Held within the supportive field of the EE Centre in Wooloowin, the group setting itself helps create momentum for organic change.
