But emotions aren’t random.
They carry information about our needs, values, & inner world.

The shift isn’t asking:
“How do I get rid of this feeling?”

It’s asking:
“What might this emotion be trying to tell me?”

If you’ve ever left therapy thinking “I overshared…” this one is for you.

💌Something your psychologist probably wants you to know…

You thought you overshared and weirded me out in your session…

but actually you weirded me in.
And now we’re locked in for the long haul. 🤝

Because I don’t do “long story short”.

I do
short story long.

With side quests.
Three extra stories.
A plot twist.
& somehow an even longer ending.

Therapy isn’t about performing or saying things perfectly.
It’s about unmasking.
Having the space to share the whole story.

Sometimes it is the first place you get to say things out loud and start putting the pieces together. You’re never “over sharing” here.

So give me the episodes,
the seasons.
Take me on the journey.

You were made to explore
and to learn about yourself along the way.

Our nervous system loves safety.
But our lives expand when we slowly step beyond what feels familiar.

Growth isn’t about forcing yourself into the deep end.
It’s about leaving the marina,
knowing your anchor can always bring you back to safety ⚓
