Your IVF specialist creates the plan, I make sure your body’s ready to follow through.

While your fertility specialist focuses on the medical side, egg retrievals, medications, and embryo transfers, my role is to support everything happening behind the scenes.

I help improve egg and s***m quality, balance hormones, manage stress, and support your body through each phase of the IVF process.

Because when your body feels strong, nourished, and ready, you respond better to treatment, and your chances of success improve.

It’s not about choosing between medical or natural, it’s about combining both so you get the best of both worlds.

That’s exactly what my new Fertility Support Packages are designed for, to help you feel confident, informed, and supported through every step of your IVF journey.

From 70-day irregular cycles to consistent 34-day ovulatory cycles.

When this client came to me, her cycles were long, inconsistent, and completely unpredictable.

She had no idea when (or if) she was ovulating. Her fertility app was guessing. She was beyond frustrated.

After working together for a few months, we saw:
→ More stable blood sugar
→ Clear ovulation patterns
→ A shift to 34-day cycles with confirmed luteal phases

This is the power of personalised PCOS support. It’s not about perfect, it’s about progress.

Save this if you’re working on cycle regulation, it takes time, but it’s absolutely possible.

Working with clients with suspected endometriosis? Want to know how to identify indicators of endometriosis plus also how to support them clinically?

These are the results I keep a close eye on when assessing for endometriosis risk and creating diet and lifestyle prescriptions for my clients:

FSH: In endometriosis, the HPO axis can have compromised negative feedback leading to increased FSH levels

Oestrogen: A CD2/3 E2 level above 200 pmol/L and peak luteal levels of 600+ pmol/L suggests oestrogen excess

SHBG: Elevated SHBG can be a response to oestrogen dominance

Bicarbonate: Alkalised urine is required for oestrogen excretion

Bilirubin: A bilirubin level >10 mmol/L indicates compromised E2 clearance

GGT: Elevated and decreased GGT levels are indicative of compromised glutathionation capacity, a phase II detoxification pathway for oestrogen

Lymphocyte to neutrophil ratio: An increased NLR is a marker of systemic inflammation and has been observed in endometriosis

CA125: CA125 levels can be increased in endometriosis due to epithelial stimulation. Its reported accuracy for diagnosing endometriosis varies widely (32% to 87.5%)

Homocysteine: Some studies show increased Homocysteine levels associated with an increased risk of endometriosis

Histamine: Histamine has a dose-dependent influence on ovarian E2 production

ESR and CRP: Both show an increased tendency in endometriosis.

That’s exactly why I created my Fertility Pathology Analyser, so you can confidently interpret your results and understand what they really mean for fertility and hormone balance.

Last week a PCOS and endometriosis client of mine finished their first stage of preconception care and was ready to move onto actively trying to conceive!

So our consultation focus on the correct timing of in*******se, tracking basal body temperature, and interpreting cervical mucus.

Ensuring you are actually timing in*******se well, is often overlooked but can play a massive role in actually getting pregnant!

So the question is, are you timing in*******se well to get pregnant?

This graph shows that the your probability of getting pregnant is best on ovulation day, and the 2 days prior. Your chances of getting pregnant the day after ovulation are zero.

If you’re using Ovulation Predictor Kits (OPKs):
✨ Ovulation typically occurs 36 hours after LH surge starts
✨ Once you hit your peak LH on the OPK ovulation typically occurs 10- 12 hours after

This means if you’re waiting 24 hours after reading your peak OPK that you’ve missed your opportunity to conceive that month.

If you’re using Basal Body Temperature (BBT):

✨ Temperature rises about 36 hours after ovulation

This means if you’re waiting to see a rise in temperature before having in*******se, you’ve missed your opportunity to conceive that month.

This is why I recommend tracking cervical mucus along with BBT, as changes in cervical mucus consistency can signal ovulation may occur soon!

It’s a shame we’re not taught more about how our bodies work!

I have my menstrual charting guide available on my online store if you need help with tracking your cycle for pregnancy!

Check it out today.

4 benefits of flax seeds for PCOS

1️⃣ Supports Heart Health – The healthy omega-3 fats (Alpha-linolenic acid - ALA) in flaxseeds help lower cholesterol and reduce the risk of heart disease, which women with PCOS are more prone to.

2️⃣ Balances Hormones – Flaxseeds contain plant compounds called lignans, which can help increase s*x hormone-binding globulin (SHBG)—a protein that binds excess testosterone to reduce symptoms of Hirsutism such as excessive, coarse, and dark hair growth in a male-pattern distribution, acne, oily skin, scalp hair thinning, irregular or absent periods, weight gain, and darkened skin patches (acanthosis nigricans).

3️⃣ Reduces Inflammation – PCOS is often linked to chronic inflammation. Flaxseeds are rich in omega-3s and antioxidants, which help lower inflammation markers like C-creative protein(CRP), supporting overall hormone and metabolic health.

4️⃣ Aids Weight Loss – Flaxseeds support weight loss by improving blood sugar control, reducing cravings, and lowering insulin levels. Since weight loss can act as a natural aromatase inhibitor, this may also help manage symptoms like irregular cycles and acne.

Thinking about freezing your eggs? Before you do, consider these key factors to give yourself the best chance of success!

1. Vitamin D: Low levels can affect egg quality—aim for 100-150 nmol/L
2. Protein Intake: Supports egg health & hormones—1g per kg of body weight daily
3. Toxin Exposure: Reduce plastics, pesticides & harsh chemicals for better outcomes

Small changes can make a big difference when you go to use the eggs in the future! Have you thought about any of these? If you need help with how to prepare for egg freezing then book in for a consultation via the link in my bio.
