✨ Shipping Update for my USA Clients ✨

Australia Post has recently notified us that they are not currently accepting parcels to the US. While this is disappointing, they are in the process of setting up a system with a trusted third party to manage the new duties and tariffs now required on all parcels with commercial value (previously, parcels under $800 were exempt — but not anymore).

The somewhat good news is that these tariffs will now be paid upon collection of your parcel. This means you’ll know exactly what the extra costs are at the time of pickup, and can make a clear decision before sending.

I know this is a change, but I’m so grateful for your patience and understanding as this new system rolls out. I’ll keep you updated as soon as shipping resumes 🤍
