The words will come let them come you saw the energy come out of your fingers let it come. You are expanded. The healing energy will continue to flow through your body till it is complete. So forever then.
We activated your spine while healing old wounds old memories and hurts that no longer serve. Continue forward. You are on the path and it grows clearer.

I see a shadow on the wall reflecting me. It moves and shimmies, and I recognise the girl, but I can't figure out how she is me.
The junk i throw at her is the filth i feel in me.
Just write and flow.
Where is this going? What is the purpose? It is just more of the same. You are not done. She is not done. You are not done.

They say an elephant remembers you forever, even after only seeing you once, and will know you if he sees you again.

It is said that the antelope will leap upon the shoulders of a giraffe if the will is strong enough.
