Why one point of contact isn't always better
We recently held our Member Advisory Body meeting in South Australia and our Members told us they expected one person handling everything. But we have built something better.
Meet your Five Good Friends care team:
🔗 Helper Coordinator – Finds and rosters the right Helpers for you, building meaningful relationships that matter
🏥 Care Specialist – A registered nurse who monitors your care, reviews health concerns, and ensures clinical oversight
📋 Care Coordinator – Your main point of contact for planning and coordinating all your services
📞 Customer Service Team – Answers your call first and connects you to the right person.
Our team means specialised care, continuity, and someone always looking out for you. Your care coordinator is likely who you'll speak to most often, but you also have access to our clinical team and specialists when you need them.
It's a different model than some other home care providers, but our Members are discovering that having a coordinated team means better support, continuity of care, and peace of mind that someone's always looking out for them.
