Please advise neighbors, friends , family the best way to help your dog through the cyclone .
Secure animals inside , please don’t leave them outside. Even if they are in the bathroom or garage , better than outside . A place without windows is even better .
Lavender oil has a calming effect , can place a spot on their collar or bedding .
Rescue remedy is a natural herbal calmer , a couple of drops on their tongue .
Secure in a safe , dark place inside the home .
Thunder jackets work wonders for some dogs , it maybe too late to buy one now . But can use other clothing items. A firm hold around the body may help , not too firm . They will feel more secure .
A full tummy can make them feel sleepy and less stressed .

Happy New Year . I’ve been away , with no reception at all . Bush camping at Inverell . Just a note to say thank you to all for your support last year and looking forward to seeing everyone this year , regular or new , it’s always such a pleasure. Sad goodbyes to a number of beautiful sweet dogs, who have passed , including my own beautiful boy Apollo . I feel such honor to have meet them and be apart of their precious lives .
