Did you catch CEO Antonia Mercorella talking about the impact of the federal housing tax reforms on the market on ABC Radio Brisbane Breakfast last week?

Antonia explained to Craig and Loretta why first home buyers won't simply step in where investors step out. She said with all the uncertainty it remains to be seen how investors will react but given it is very early days of new reform, called for calm.
