David Fernandez has been my personal trainer, 3 days/week for the last 6 months.
David was recommended to me by a friend who had been involved in a bad motorbike accident and needed specialist, focused rehabilitation to stay agile and flexible.
I too, started with David at 60yo, suffering from 2 chronic injuries (knee & neck), poor overall conditioning and a hatred of gyms 🙄
David worked with me to design a results based program making attending the gym enjoyable and productive.
David's knowledge & education is vast as are his explanations as to the purpose of the exercises implemented. Fortunately he does repeat these explanations as retaining science related information is not my forte.
Outcome: In 6 months, I have lost 10kg (which actually wasn't a goal), learnt a series of 'form' correct strength exercises (which have improved my posture, flexibility tone and gait) and formed a habit of attending the gym regularly and eating more healthily - although I do like a good pudding 😉RECOMMENDATION: I highly recommend David Fernandez as a professional, educated mature personal trainer, who has patience, is results focused and overall is a really good guy and good conversationalist.
