Less than 7 weeks until the 2025 Hancock Prospecting Queensland Championships! 🏊‍♀️ 🏊‍♂️

We will be on pool deck from Sunday December 14th - Thursday December 18th to help with any pre race tune ups the swimmers may need! 🔧

We can’t wait to see some great races and support our swimmers!

This week, our team had the privilege of hearing from psychologist Nathaniel Wells of North Brisbane Psychology 🧠.

We explored how, as physiotherapists, we can better recognise trauma patterns in our clients and elevate our treatment approaches to provide more holistic care.

We walked away with valuable insights.

The night consisted of reflection, trivia and of course, snacks 🍟

Had an awesome session last Saturday at Albany Creek Swim Club! 🏊‍♂️💪 We taught the swimmers how to use the spikey ball to improve their range of motion and sharpen their swim form. Great to see them so focused on the little things that make a big difference! 🙌🔥”

Welcome Chelsea – Our New Physiotherapist 👏
We’re excited to welcome Chelsea to the team!
Chelsea graduated from Australian Catholic University in 2020 with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy, receiving the Dean’s Commendation for Academic Excellence. She brings five years of experience in private musculoskeletal practice, along with a strong background in sports and orthopaedic rehabilitation.
Having worked with elite Netball and Soccer teams—and competed at State and National levels herself—Chelsea understands the demands of sport and the challenges of injury recovery. Her clinical interests include sports injury management, TMJ (jaw) dysfunction, ankle and knee injuries, spinal pain, and post-surgical rehab. She also gained valuable orthopaedic experience shadowing a surgeon at Brisbane Private Hospital.
Outside of work, you’ll find Chelsea running or walking along the Brisbane River with her dog.🐕‍🦺
