Family inspired 🇯🇵 Japanese Cookup with my sushi 🍣 chef son and pup 🐶 for company. Inspiration from 🙏

Menu:
🍣 Salmon and cucumber 🥒 sushi 🍱

🇯🇵 Pan-fried lamb chops with miso marinade

🍆 Roasted Miso Eggplant

I used the microwave packet version to save time 😉)

I decided to compile a recipe book of my Mum’s recipes as a tribute to her amazing cooking. The book contains some classic Greek recipes, Women’s Weekly cutouts, wireless recipes from my Grandma and recipes from local kindy and parish members dating back to the 50s, 60s and 70s. It’s amazing to see the changed cooking methods and ingredients over time.
