💙 Meet Darren!

Darren is one of our amazing Disability Support Workers here at Starfish Support. With more than 30 years of experience in customer service and people-focused roles, he brings a calm, caring, and respectful presence to his work.

Inspired by family and friends with lived experience of disability, Darren discovered his passion for support work — and he hasn’t looked back. He loves making a real difference in people’s lives and creating supportive environments where participants feel safe, respected, and empowered.

Outside of work, Darren is a proud dad and stepdad, and has been with his partner for more than 20 years. We’re so lucky to have him on the team! 🌟
