Rachel accompanied long-term Thrive Health Co. patient Jules to her final appointment at the Wesley Outpatient Clinic. Jules completed her final musculoskeletal assessment with Head of Exercise Physiology Dan and Senior Physiotherapist Mick, where a clear plan was established for her next phase of rehabilitation. Rachel loved meeting the rehab team at the Wesley and offers a big congratulations to Jules on how far she has come, the testing result improvements were incredible!
