Did you know that 'features' of your p**p can indicate your overall gut health?

Characteristics like; colour, consistency, frequency, smell, etc, can all indicate if everything is functioning optimally in the gastrointestinal system, or whether there might be some support needed.

Because our gut is the foundation of many functions in the body, and its where we digest our food to get nutrients, it's really important to keep things running as smoothly as possible!

This of course, is why us Naturopath's are so interested in your p**p!

If you notice anything unsual in your p**p, consider booking in to see a naturopath or your local doctor for further investigation.
