Well what a week !!

This last week has been the end of 10yrs in the health and fitness industry.

Outdoor training, having multiple gyms and locations, training 1000’s of people and helping so many lives along side my own has been a glimpse at my journey.

To all my family and friends who have been there at some stage along the way, I thank you dearly.

To all my coaches, mentors and colleagues, your support and knowledge has made me who I am.

This is by no want the end of my journey in this industry but just a change in direction. I will still be doing my consulting work and teaching but the running of gyms has come to an end.

Big love to all of you and I truly am grateful for every experience I’ve had and to say it has given me an amazing life is an understatement.

My wife and kids !! You will be seeing me waaaaaaaay more 😬

Always be learning and forever the humble student of life πŸ’™

I understand what this graphic is trying show.... you will feel way more full on a diet that is high in fruits and vegetables.

What they don’t highlight is the differences that each one of these pictures have to do with your health.

Both Oils and beef (animal proteins) have a tremendous amount of benefits that are linked to your health !

Not to mention how many studies that have actually been shown to improve fullness when you have protein and fats in a diet.

The benefits of both animal proteins and oils should not be neglected due to an image like this.

We should also be very aware that you can consume a tonne of vegetables daily to help with hunger and not really have a huge impact on total caloric intake.
