Some wisdom from YLC ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜🩷🤍

I find that creating affirmations helps me to connect to my heart. It evokes the same feelings and flow as if I was writing poetry or a beautiful story. My tips for writing affirmations:

~ Write from a frequency you wish to be or embody - for example - “I am loving radiating warmth in my home” - This can maybe come from a vision or goal of something you would love to happen or be.. e.g. your child smiling at you, you being kind to your partner, etc

~ Use ‘I AM’ statements.. This language holds a vibration of presence… If you use it you are believing that you are ‘already’ it

~ Use affirmations to build confidence in an area.. For example “I am great at writing speeches”, “I am wonderful at parenting”, “It is easy for me to drive”

~ If it doesn’t feel right when you say it, change the language. Use synonyms. ‘Edit’ it until you can really feel and believe it!

The Cycle of Creation ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜💗🤍

Yesterday I was speaking to my friend 🌟✨

A particular part of our conversation stood out to me about the process of Creation (Through the energy of the Masculine - manifestation and the Feminine - liberation.)

To create something new we must let go of the old. For example, when we want to release something, say a behaviour or thought pattern, we go through the process of liberation (‘enlightenment’) - We get awareness of ‘why we do it’ and become free from its attachment.

The next part of the cycle is manifestation. From this liberation we have acquired, we now have awareness and can make choice of what we would now like to manifest, and thus the beginning of creation starts.

As it comes into physical form it will naturally then continue the cycle again, we are liberated from the attachment of this manifestation, and a new one begins.

The Flower of Life (pictured above) is a perfect symbol of the cycle of creation, with various meanings but my favourite is that ‘All life comes from a single source.’ It is a blueprint of creation - Showing us that it is a continuous journey of one form to the next. Old to new and all over again. These symbols go back to even ancient Egypt!

The Rainbow Window of Possibility ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜💗🤍

Often we are caught stagnant, stuck and stale. Our creations, projects, interests, hobbies, even our relationships can come to a halt.
Often our eyes 👁👀👁👀 cannot see a way forward so they stay stuck.
But there is a way through! 🎨🎨

When a second person can help us see from a different angle, (without any bias, emotion or blocks in the way!) they can direct us towards what is possible! Once one way is possible, hope emerges, and infinite possibilities start to exist!

No longer are we static but we start to walk the way of the rainbow ❤️
