Some wisdom from YLC ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜🩷🤍

I find that creating affirmations helps me to connect to my heart. It evokes the same feelings and flow as if I was writing poetry or a beautiful story. My tips for writing affirmations:

~ Write from a frequency you wish to be or embody - for example - “I am loving radiating warmth in my home” - This can maybe come from a vision or goal of something you would love to happen or be.. e.g. your child smiling at you, you being kind to your partner, etc

~ Use ‘I AM’ statements.. This language holds a vibration of presence… If you use it you are believing that you are ‘already’ it

~ Use affirmations to build confidence in an area.. For example “I am great at writing speeches”, “I am wonderful at parenting”, “It is easy for me to drive”

~ If it doesn’t feel right when you say it, change the language. Use synonyms. ‘Edit’ it until you can really feel and believe it!
