Emotional stress doesn’t always show up as tears or tantrums. Sometimes it whispers through your jaw, your gut, your breath, or those random little niggles that just won’t quit.

The power of the mind ✨

The kids were playing soccer outside on the road this morning, no jumpers, no shoes, with a southerly wind straight from Tassie ❄️ I was so darn cold, cupping my coffee - I called it ! Inside! Hallway soccer it is!

Rewind to our Aldi trip earlier in the week, again no shoes, no jumpers, and they complained of the cold every step of the way. I had a blast ofcourse cos I was getting s**t done and personally I love Aldi 🫣🤣

The difference here ? Mindset. Fun.

My prompt for you today, is how can you flip the switch with tasks you dislike, like business activities that usually drain you ? How can you make it fun?

Wow. June wrap up. This isn’t going to be a list of ‘what I achieved’ because ultimately that is not the priority right now.

🙏I keep returning to the deepest gratitude for the ways that people love me and show up for me.

- The long hugs - the ones where the other person simply doesn’t let go.
- Being held and seen by those who love me.
- Telling my friends I love them.
- Friends who turn up with tea, candles, oracle cards and the nicest chocolate on the earth.
- Hand holding.
- Those who have seen and acknowledge the mental load, and how I hold and give to others.
- Being led, being fed.
- Friends who have taken me out dancing, and told me they are proud of me.
- Those who have sat in the silence with tears, held my hand and reminded me of my power.
- To the women who have gifted me the most moving, embodied relational experiences.

As a mum and business owner, I know what it’s like to experience the overwhelm of busyness of modern life. But I also know that it’s the life-altering experiences that can shape how our body and mind feels as we go through life: in my 20’s, I sustained a significant injury after a trampoline accident. Some time after that, I was diagnosed with neck cancer, which in itself is a tumultuous journey.

Having experienced these things, I know what it’s like to want for greater sensitivity and awareness of bodily or emotional trauma.

This is why my focus is holistic: helping you feel better not just in body, but also in mind and soul.

My journey began with a desire to help others who’d encountered similar challenges, but couldn’t find someone who gave them space to feel heard, valued, and respected, as well as healed. I wanted my clients to walk away from our sessions with a renewed sense of calm; a peace that translates to all aspects of their life.

Through rigorous scientific study, mentoring with experts in my field, and years of practice, I’m now honoured to offer this space for all who need it.
