Combined with lifestyle modifications, it is also important pre-pregnancy to see a family doctor or a gynaecologist fertility specialist. Your doctor will do a general check-up and ensure your rubella and chicken pox immunology is up to date and discuss genetic screening options. Pregnancy is a time of great joy and expectation for most women and their families. Following the declaration of the COVID-19 (coronavirus) pandemic, we understand that all pregnant women will feel a great sense of anxiety about their own health and that of their unborn or newborn baby. Its been an exciting and challenging first 2 weeks at the new rooms. The planning and design work undertaken over the last few months has paid of nicely with the rooms turning out as I had hoped!
