If you are planning a pregnancy, here is a useful link to help towards a healthy pregnancy. Combined with lifestyle modifications, it is also important pre-pregnancy to see a family doctor or a gynaecologist fertility specialist. Your doctor will do a general check-up and ensure your rubella and chicken pox immunology is up to date and discuss genetic screening options. Hopefully this link will help you to a more successful outcome for you and your baby.
