One of the most powerful skills you can build is learning to pause and observe yourself—without judgement.

Am I seeing what’s happening clearly… or am I projecting how I feel onto it?
This isn’t about blaming yourself. It’s about creating space between the feeling and the reaction—so you can respond with more clarity, calm, and self-respect.
