Today marks the start of Men's Health Week! A dedicated week to discuss and encourage men to invest in their mental and physical health. Asking for help is a strength, not a weakness and knowing when to seek assistance is wisdom.
Although I started out as a women's coach, I now have a number of male clients who I love supporting. Particularly with their mental wellbeing and areas around relationship and work stressors. It's an absolute honor to work with men who feel comfortable being vulnerable, who are open and willing to seek support with their mental, emotional and physical health.
